Once a teacher in St Columba's, and then a freelance journalist and TV celebrity food critic, TOM DOORLEY now writes a popular restaurant column for The Irish Times. He also hosts a Saturday evening programme on RTÉ Radio 1 called ‘Food Talk’. This is his first book.
